We don’t offer refunds — and here’s why: the moment you place your order, we start prepping it just for you.
But the good news? We do offer exchanges if you’d like to switch things up!

Changed your mind? Happens to the best of us. Here’s how to make a swap:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Contact us within 2 working days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
Once we get your return, we’ll send out the piece you’d rather have.
💡 Keep your courier receipt safe until we confirm we’ve received it — we can’t be responsible for delays or losses in transit.
🚚 Shipping Info:
You’ll need to ship the item back to us — we’ll share the return address when you get in touch.
A small ₹50 re-shipping fee applies, payable separately (not adjusted against product value).
Don’t forget to include your name and order number in the return parcel!
